Hi all,
Not the best of starts to my SIM only deal. Took near 3 weeks for sim to arrive and a week to port my mobile number. With that In mind how do I calculate when my 14 day cancelation starts?
With porting my number I went through texting method but had to get in contact online chat to go through it again.
And as it's taken so long I'll have to pay o2 an extra 2 weeks plus I don't know when my actual plusnet contract started.
Glad it's only on a monthly contract.
Wish I'd known it would have taken this long at beginning.

Sorry for the issues you've had with porting your mobile number.
Your cooling off period of 14 days begins from the day after you sign up as it's not a period of time to trial the service, but time to allow you to cancel if you're not happy with the terms of the contract you've signed up to.
