A while ago, I requested to disable voicemail on my number. Later, I recorded a personal greeting. When I was unavailable, the message the caller would hear was my greeting, followed by Plusnet standard 'this person's mailbox is disabled' message.
I'm not a 100% sure, but after I disabled leaving messages but *before* I set my personal greeting, there was also a standard PN greeting (this person is unavailable etc) followed by "mailbox disabled". Now, I don't know how to get that back. I went through the options and reset the greeting, but I've only got "mailbox disabled" message without the first bit. Can it be done, or is it just me imagining that it was there in the first place?
