It’s been years since I’ve had a Plusnet account, despite this every month around the 24th I get an email informing me they are taking £7.50 from my account.
Nothings ever taken so I’m pretty sure it’s a ghost in the machine, I’ve tried replying from the email, logging in fails because the mobile number no longer exists 🤯
any advice on how I can stop these annoying notifications?
