Roaming in Tenerife

Hi there, it's my first day in Tenerife and roaming like at home doesn't work at all. Is this normal?

Hi Antonio, I hope you're having a great time in Tenerife and I'm sorry roaming isn't working for you. The Canary's are covered by our roam like at home scheme so it should be OK: https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roam-like-at-home/
