Reward Card - Mobile Sim Only deal

Hello,

I signed up for Plusnet Mobile sim only deal on 14th Feb, £7 a month, 12 month contract, 12GB data (exact offer doesn't seem to be available anymore).

It came with a £30 Plusnet reward card, however I've realised no emails I've received since signing up and setting up my new account reference this, should I have received something to confirm this will be issued?

I don't mind waiting, it's just I have no idea at the moment if it's at least pending!?

Happy to provide order number or any other details needed to help with the query.

Hi Morag

I took the same type of contract as you and I just spoke to the customer services team.

The £30 reward card will be posted to me after my next Direct Debit payment. They have to do this as we have a 13 day cooling off period once we have signed the contract so they post after this period and when we have made our Direct Debit payment.

Good service so far from what I have experienced.
