Hello, newbie here needing help..
I have several sim only mobile accounts and am very happy so far with all of them..except 1. This is because I upgraded my deal a couple of years ago and since then the account is in a permanent state of
"You have a tariff change in progress"
Consequently, I cannot take advantage of the great deals on offer. I was hoping that one of the resident forum helpers could take a look into freeing this account up please?
