Purchasing Plusnet mobile Sim

I have one Plusnet 'Sim Only' sim and I wanted to purchase a 2nd sim and have it sent to the address where I have a Plusnet FTTC service. Plusnet refused to do this as the credit card I was using is registered to a different  address.   The Credit company do know about the address where I wanted the Sim sent to and I can make online orders for delivery to this address without having to enter the address where the card is registered.

Not very convenient!  I shall continue to use my ASDA sim which is fine apart from the fact that I can not 'roam like at home' in Switzerland.

Are Plusnet being reasonable?

Re: Purchasing Plusnet mobile Sim

@machare  Like all companies Plusnet have terms and conditions that apply to potential purchasers of their services and in this case you do not comply so you have been refused. It may not be convenient for you but that's the way it is. Is this reasonable is for you to decide either you accept the T&Cs or you go elsewhere.
