Problems with Plustnet mobile cannot make calls

There is a problem with PlusNet mobile this afternoon I cannot make or receive calls texting is ok

Customer support say they are getting calls about the problem but don't know what the problem is yet

I cant make mobile calls or texts in Llandudno & my wife is the same in Derby

I've got same problem in Grassmoor, Chesterfield

Same problem here in Cheltenham. Dials but appears not to connect and ends call.

Clearly a network wide issue as like others I can still use data and send text messages but can't make outgoing calls and currently unable to receive calls either.

I'm in Staffordshire data and texts are working OK but cannot make or receive calls

EE is working OK so not their fault

Tried there service status page but it says no problems reported and I cant get through on phone and the chat appears to be greyed out.

Same in AB52. Can text but not call or access voicemail from another phone

Also call issues in N.Ireland.  Data and sms okay, and can make calls via Whatsapp.

Yes, it appears the only way to contact them is to ring the 0800 number from another phone. No chat, no 500. I wonder if anyone has any idea how long it will take to fix?

Same problem in Cardiff, no mobile calls.

Given all the people complaining here, and on other websites, why does PlusNet's mobile status checker state that there are no open events?

This also happened last week, same thing people complaining and the status checker saying there are no issues.

I'm sorry PlusNet but I think it's time to switch my account.
