Porting Shambles

My partner and myself moved our BT mobiles to Plusnet, mine went ok but hers is a disaster. BT blame you, you blame BT! I've now e mailed you CEO to try and get this mess sorted.

BT now say 100% the number ported to Plusnet on 27th Nov and still it doesn't work.

im sick to death of your advisors saying the same old same old. This is now causing relationship issues as I organised the change of provider thinking it would be a better service, well it's an absolute joke.

every advisor and manager contradicts what the last one said.

Just get it sorted please!!!!
