No signal, texts or data with sim in unlocked phone.

Aquired my wifes old Galaxy S6 and got it unlocked from Vodafone, put in my PN sim and all i'm getting is plusnet as the carrier, no signal for texts, calls or mobile data. Took out the sim and put it back into my old iphone 5 and getting the signal no problem.

Reset the phone again, reset signal again, turned phone off/on again numerous times. Took out sim, inserted sim and now at a loss as what else i could do. Recieved all info from Vodafone and phone was unlocked.

Hi there.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your SIM in a new(well, new to you I imagine) phone.

Could you try the steps here letting us know how it goes?
