Hi.

Can the programming guys add to the PlusNet mobile app to accept fingerprint data at all?

It would be great to use a finger/digit instead of fumbling around for account number and password.

Banks use this feature on their mobile app, surely Plusnet coud too, 😉

I agree it would be useful and I'm happy to pass your feedback on, though I can't promise a change.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
