Anyone know how late in the day this can happen? My number was due to port to Plusnet today but its 18:15 and nothing has happened so guessing it won't now, or can it take place later than that? I've not had an update either way.

Porting can take place up until midnight - are you up and running with your old number now?

I am now thanks, but didn't seem to go as it should.
I got a text from BT Mobile at about 19:15 saying they had released the number, but Plusnet didn't take this over until this morning. I didn't get an explanation or apology for the port being a day late.

Well Thank you. I'm guessing my old provider didn't help things, I've transferred providers several times over the years and never known them release the number that late in the day! Anyway, at least its all sorted.
