No service

Hello,
2 mobiles in this house have had no service for about 3 hours. The Plusnet service page says there are currently no outages. This has happened before. Is there anything I can do? Can’t phone the help desk 😁

Check the EE services page, as PN is a MVNO running on that service.

If it was during the days of the very hot weather, I also suffered the same problem with my Mini EE router
Although I still had 5 bars of signal, the internet was down
My Plusnet mobile also suffered the same problem like many (PN/EE/BT) others in our village
Service always resumed in the evenigs, this went on for days

It was heat related and probably from the Mast
