No network

Hi. I have a rolling 30day contract just gone to my phone and a

have no network unable to call out 

how can I get assistance .?

I'm sorry to see you're unable to make calls after moving to us.

So we can take a closer look, please could you drop me a private message with the following details?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
