No mobile network

I can't contact plusnet as my phone network is not registering, I've been without service for the last 2 days. Very frustrating as no one can ring or text me and I can't do the same either.

Have you tried this:

 

As per this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/HELP-No-service/m-p/1902969/highlight/false#M23699 and this one https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/No-network/m-p/1898917/highlight/false#M23478  my phone drops connection every 3 or 4 weeks and the workaround that I use to reconnect is as follows:

If I go into the phone's settings, network and internet, SIM settings there is an option to Automatically select network which is usually set to On. If I click on that I can manually force the phone to select plusnet - several networks are shown and they all state that they are forbidden even the plusnet connection. I then put the connection back to Automatic.

It looks to me like the SIM is temporarily disconnecting and the network won't let me back in - feels like a plusnet/EE problem to me.

Tried all this plus further options and still nothing, I think I'll be leaving plusnet after today. I can't even ring anyone as I'm working away and have no access to another phone
