No Signal & Very Poor Connection

Hello there,

 

Since this morning I am facing the following problems:

  • do not get any 3G signal and barely 1 line of 4G inside the apartment
  • with 2-3 bars outside, the calls are breaking up

 

As I can see the tower from my window and is within 200 m distance, I always used to get full signal (4 bars) inside the flat and never had a problem.

My partner is exactly in the same situation. I called Plusnet Support not long ago and I was told that there are no problems. Really?!

 

Could someone please advise me what to do about this?

I have checked that myself before calling Plusnet Support and it was showing that everything is running normally.

 

I am somehow relieved now, knowing that they are aware and working on it. Thank you for looking into it!
