No Network

Hi I got problems got no Network coverage been on the phone to Plusnet I sometimes manage a couple of minutes before the call is cut off I did manage to speak to an advisor earlier before losing signal and he said there's problems with three masts in my area can anyone suggest what I do I think my partner has been trying to contact me all morning I hope its non urgent, so how do I find out the current situation and I it's going to get fixed
