Left Plusnet Mobile - still being billed

I left Plusnet Mobile last year and all appeared to be fine. I received and paid my final bill and cancelled my Direct Debit. However I have subsequently been billed 1p every month after that.

I tried calling Plusnet about this a couple of times, but ended up sitting in a queue for a ridiculous amount of time and giving up (one of the many reasons I left).

If Plusnet staff could pick this up and finally get it resolved it would be amazing!!
