Have spoken to 1st line support 3 times and as pleasant and helpful as they try to be, still no service.
Can receive calls but can't make them, same with messaging.
Really disappointing service, I really did expect better but having read this forum on similar issues, my confidence is totally shot.
This a real inconvenience and a new experience as my old provider (Tesco), never let me down.
So much for trying to cut costs😒
Can anyone at Plusnet give me a clue as to how long this is going to take?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hope you manage to get it sorted,very frustrating.
I am in the same boat, I was ported on 6th june but SIM did not work!.
New SIM posted,but did not receive until 11th June. Still not working
the activation/transfer is "stuck" in the system. It would seem the Tech Support are
not able to "unstick" it. I guess it will have to wait until 13th June when another level of support
can swing into action. In the meantime life on hold due to payment verification among other things
being sent to my mobile number which does not work.
Anyone know if it eventually gets to work?.

@Pete53, I'm really sorry to see your mobile doesn't work after porting to us.
From what I can see we've put through a request to activate a replacement SIM which should start working within 2 hours.
@VernonGates, Looks like your account's no longer in pending. Does your mobile work now?

Almost there. Can now call out and message. However...
Initially, after call and text function working OK, my data wasn't 😒.
Support guy, Callum called me as arranged this morning and gave me some possible fixes to try once we finished our call. This has partially worked as though I have data, it is only H or H+ and not 4G.
Another issue has been raised to rectify this and hopefully this won't take the week the previous ones have.
Many thanks to Callum who has been great this past 2 days.
