Need help ordering replacement sim

I need to order a replacement sim but cannot call as my phone was stolen. Can someone please help me here?

i managed to order a sim replacement on monday. today is thursday and sim is not here. looks like they are sending it from china...

its friday and sim is still not delivered. plusnet what is wrong with you? ebay offers faster delivery...

quick update: its Tuesday and I still dont have a sim card. Thank you plusnet for the best customer service 😕

Thank you for checking, but truth is: its over a week and i dont have a sim card. And its not gonna be delivered faster. The worst thing as i am regular cyclist and in case of accident I cant even call emergency as i dont have a mobile coverage and my phone works only in wifi mode. The only thing keeps me from other providers is my phone number which i had for years.

Well my only concern is when i gonna get it? Its a bit too long for piece of plastic with chip to arrive. I thought it takes no more than 3 days to arrive.
