How my bill payment usually works....i get a message on the 6th of month to say bill is available to view and payment will be taken on 21st...been same since it started and usually no problems.
This month..got the message on 6th saying bill ready payment to be taken on 21st. However payment request was made on 14th followed by the 'pay now or restrictions' I actually made the payment manually on the 15th. very odd but all sorted I thought. then i got message telling me that as I had not paid my account was now restricted..and it was fully restricted. That was bad enough but I then got a new message saying payment would be taken on the 21st.
The bill is paid... was paid on the 15th..I have had no service since then...and no reply from my e-mail to CS with proof of payment...please sort this out.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@James30 hmm..I think I have had enough of this billing nonsense and lack of any progression in sorting it out. I have been without any service since paying my bill and now i think I want you to cancel the account and refund the payment made since plusnet have accepted payment but not provided the service paid for.

@Cazlizzy - There must me something wrong here. Still can't see a PM even searching for a separate one from you. If you use Facebook you can send a PM that way if you like? This link @ http://m.me/plusnet should do it. Put something like "PLUSNETHELPME" into the text as well so I can search you.

@Cazlizzy - I don't know what's up with it, we're getting DM's from other people on here. If you can that would be good so I can sort it out and I'll keep an eye out for any trends in people not being able to DM us on the forum.
