My mother has an account with Plusnet mobile that I take care of as she does not enjoy dealing with modern technology. However, she has not used her mobile for some time and the number appears to have been deactivated as I am receiving a message that says the number is not available on this network (I am also on Plusnet mobile). Is there any way that the number can be activated again or does this mean that a new SIM card is required?
