When will Plusnet Mobile get realize that users need to be able to use 5 digit text numbers?

More and more companies, hospitals, councils, etc are using 5 digit text numbers when are Plusnet Mobile going to get in to the 2020s?

I can't reply to  pay for parking, give to charity, hospital surveys, text into radio or TV discussions, etc

Seems to me that Plusnet Mobile is a half-arsed mobile network

Hi gbhxu,

Welcome to the Forum it's not just short text numbers you can't use on PN WiFi calling which is useful cannot be used

And PN users don't get the full EE signal but BT mobile do

It's all down to cost you get or don't get what you pay and very high increases to the price every March/April

Best thing to do is to change provider like I did best thing I did change to Lebara via USwitch

Strange thing you can use the short code to obtain a PAC number
