Hi, so earlier this night I was having broadband issues (my ISP is plusnet), I took a while to get everything sorted and everything appeared to be back online, the problem is though, that for whatever reason my mobile didn't reconnect to the broadband internet and turns out I'd started using my plusnet monthly data, as well as going over it. I didn't see any warnings about going over my limit till it was too late, and now I'm being charged £23.99 for 288 mb of data I should have been using over my wireless internet, because plusnet messed up, there's no way I can afford to pay this, I'm on unemployment and this is all plusnet's fault, they even somehow overridden my £10 limit to do this. Can someone please help, this is ridiculous.

Managed to arrange something over the phone with customer support so feel free to delete the thread, would delete or edit myself but doesn't look like I can.
