I have had a Plusnet mobile account for just over 2 years now and in that time have never had the ability to connect with mobile data; I get the "Mobile data disconnected" message in Settings. This has not been a particular problem, but I would like to get this resolved. I have gone through the process of checking all of the APN settings are correct, but still no joy. From browsing around it seems as if this is not an uncommon problem.
Help please?
