Mobile bill

So I had my mobile bill last week and I’ve been trying to get through to mobile help line since on the email which states I bill was due it said I’ve got till 1st or they put 10.00 late charge then Monday I get an email saying I’ve been charged 10.00 for late fee( how’s the possible) and I’ve been trying since I got my bill to get through all I’m getting is we are busy, I’m not sitting on holds for 20 plus min just to tell plusnet net there has been an issue with mobile bill
