Like a few others on the forum, I tried to upgrade my mobile plan online and things haven't quite gone to plan.
I requested a change to the 30 day, 6Gb plan, for £10 a month on the 26th of July, and instead received an email saying that my change to the 30 day 4Gb plan would take place on the 30th of December 2016 (which is my current plan and the date I originally started it).
The Plusnet website just says that a change is in progress and will take place at the end of this month, but it said the same thing about the end of last month and the one before.
What would be the best way to resolve this please?

We would advise dialling 500 from your Plusnet Mobile handset to speak directly with our dedicated Mobile team.
If you would like us to look into this for you, we are more than happy to do so, however, we need to pass through a few stages of security and then email the relevant team to pick this up. Usually, a call into the Mobile team directly helps our Mobile customers come to a quicker resolution.
