Livechat

Hi, Do Plusnet not have a Livechat option? (States Offline) I spent 36 hours trying to get into my account with no luck. I've managed to sign in now, but livechat would have been a help as it was out of Customer Services opening hours, and I was unable to log in here either at the time. Thanks

@R5 Livechat is no longer available, even though it is erroneously still advertised on some pages. It only operated during the advertised support hours, even when it was available.
