Is there any way to link my Mobile account to my Broadband/Phone account? The Broadband account shows "existing customer" deals but doesn't show any way to trigger or get them. I tried calling 500 and ended up going around in circles.
Just looks to be a bit disjointed IMO
There is no direct linking of mobile & broadband accounts. If you are a broadband customer then when you call 500 to change your plan , they should be able to offer you the existing customer deals
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
