I am reasonable, not expecting an instant reply from Plusnet Help when I contact them via Twitter. But have waited well over an hour, not even an acknowledgment from Plusnet Help or explanation as to how long I should wait. I tried calling but that was 30 minutes of my life and phone bill I will never get back.
I don't know if it's just a bad Monday for Plusnet, but maybe others have better experience of getting actual help from Plusnet Help?
