IOS Plusnet app - will not verify

I've purchased two sim only contracts on two different phones.

After logging in to the IOS app for the first time it asks for a verification code.  I've tried receiving them by text and email but every time I enter the code I get an API error code 27 (see attached).

I've tried this on an iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone 10 and iPhone 12 and receive the same error on each one.  I've deleted the app and reinstalled, rebooted the phone, all with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried doing whilst not connected to the VPN?

Also tried it and getting the same error

Thanks for the heads up.

Interesting. Just tried to load the app on my iPhone out of curiosity and although I’m already verified and logged in, things were spinning, it then logged me out and asked to verify again and now I’m getting the same error. 

I’ll raise this when I’m in the office tomorrow and I’ll post back as soon as I’ve got something to share.

Yes, I've tried no VPN and through our broadband and mobile data.
