How long does it take to get cashback?

Hi, I registered my sim only contract on the 1/4/22 via topcashback and have made all payments on time but I have still not received the £35 cashback I am due despite it having tracked just fine.

Is this time frame typical or do I need to chase up plusnet?

If you signed up via Topcashback it's them you need to be chasing.
