Getting the 'new customer' deals

Hi all,

I was looking at the difference between the new customer deals (e.g. 12GB for £8) vs deals offered to me (e.g. 12GB for £10)
Other than call the number given, is there an online chat function that I can't find? Or are deals like the ones advertised only there for new customers?
