Failed to send text

Hi,
I cannot send texts to competitions which have a charge associated. The one I’m trying costs £2. I have a £5 cap set on my account which is as yet totally unused.

Are your texts to 5 digit short code numbers because Plusnet do not support this service. 

They will only accept to short codes for Pac numbers.
