Credit balance after leaving
I left Plusnet mobile in August but I have logged into my account today and it shows that I have a credit balance of £8.75 on 2 accounts. Could you tell me when, and how, this will be refunded.

Hi @tommy1981,
We can arrange for the credit on your mobile accounts to be refunded for you but will just need to run through a few data protection checks before we can access the accounts. Please can you send me a private message with your full name, your full address including the postcode and the mobile number that you had with us? Please drop us another message on this thread once you've done this so that we can pick this back up.

There is a slight backlog of these requested within our mobile refunds team which is what is holding up your refund - I am sorry for the length of time this is taking. I've now sent across another chase email to see where we are with it.
