Cancellation

Hi there,

I wanted to cancel my mobile contract. I have logged in to my online account, went step by step and received a STAC code , but the thing is I just want to cancel my mobile contract(30 day rolling) and I do not need any codes.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A STAC or PAC are only required for transferring your Plusnet service to another provider.

It would appear that you may cancel by calling 500 from your Plusnet number. Or 08000 791133 - select option 1 then option 3. Following the steps through that link shows those answers.
