Hi guys,
Sorry to let you know that you're losing a mobile customer. Given call forwarding is a basic service I expect of any network, the pricing might be good. But I have a personal and a work mobile, I have to be able to forward my personal one when I'm working. So sorry, I'll be moving back to my old network even though its a more expensive package.

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving because of the call forwarding feature. As you know, this is a service that we don't currently support however, I will feed this back to the relevant department.
