Bolt-on

Added a 500MG bolt-on today. Text later informed me that this data would expire once my account refreshes on 5 May. How can it be that this just disappears once my account refreshes? Money for nothing?

Re: Bolt-on

I just got a bolt-on I didn't even ask for.  I did vaguely see some message on my phone earlier about some extra thing from plusnet but I was busy at the time so just dismissed it.  I hope I haven't bought something without realising it - I rarely make voice calls so I certainly won't use it.

Re: Bolt-on

Hello @b56c,

Thanks for reaching out to us here.

I'm afraid we do not offer roll-over usage, the bolt-ons are valid until your next refresh date. It might be worth looking at changing your tariff if you are finding yourself running out of data/text/calls before your refresh date.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks.

Re: Bolt-on

In that case you need to say this up front. Had I know, I’d have bought half as many MBs. No one wants to pay for something they don’t actually get to keep. Really poor show.
