Hiya,
I bought a bolt on a few days ago, received the text confirmation and can see the 1GB on my account but I don't get any mobile data signal when I attempt to connect. Have browsed the community and already tried resetting the network settings and turning off/on the handset to no avail. Any help would be mostly appreciated thank you!

Hey @gtw19,
I'm very sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. If this is still occurring, please attempt to remove the SIM card from the phone and turn the device off for about two minutes, before re-inserting and booting it back up. Please let us know if you run into any issues and I'll be happy to investigate this further

Unfortunately this fix didn’t work and I wasn’t able to access this bolt on before my allowances were refreshed, would it be possible for it to be removed from my next bill please?

Should be about 5 I believe. You can update this thread again to do the trick, but there are also off topic boards and other threads you can post in to up your count I apologise for the inconvenience, it's a measure we have in place to help prevent spam.
