@Tommy4 I will answer you - the only options for this are (1) to call as I suggested or (2) wait and hope one of the Help Team pick your request up on here - which could take three or four days, and then you would have delay of them Private Messaging you for account details, you replying, and them picking the reply up. 10 minutes, if that, on the phone is quicker.
