When I was sorting through my bank account as part of a switch over I accidentally deleted my direct debit to plus net, there appears to be no way to set up a new direct debit on the website, this is very unusually as every other website I use allows you to set it up again. Is there any way to set up a new direct debit without phoning them up?

Is there any way to set up a new direct debit without phoning them up?
i dont believe there is for mobile,. Just call 500 from your phone, customer services were quick to set another one up for me when mine lapsed a while ago.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
