Got a txt yesterday saying the direct debit is to be taken on 17/01/23 for £10.93 which is good news

but my invoice is only for 93p 😕

I think the issue is specific to the app in that case. Mind logging into the website on a browser just to check the bill on there? https://www.plus.net/my-account/mobile/jsf/pages/Login.xhtml

it says there is a £10 credit, so in theory, only .93p should be taken.

theres lot more info on the website, be handy to have that in the app, 😕
