Hi
I've been wid Plusnet now for about year now, its all been gr8. I have few sims in my name, recently i opened another bank account well 6 months ago, i spoke to customer services, gave them the new details before the next billing date and i thought great, unfortunatly one debit was taken from the old account, thats fine i thought, let them take it from there and the next time they can take it from the new account which i have set up already. So i cancelled to old direct debit then the cut my service [-Censored-]?
u just been paid?
"We've received the news that your Plusnet Mobile Direct Debit has been cancelled. Because of this we've restricted your service to only allow usage of your plan allowance of minutes/texts/data."
but Plusnet you have been paid?

When I rang to change the D/D the telesales operator restarted all my plans to the original price which is £10.00
