4g ongoing issue?

Ported in 2 lines to get better data deal. All went fine until noticed no 4g on either phone. Both samsungs and no problem before with 2 other providers. Followed lots of advice on here, trying different settings etc. This annoyed me anyway as why should I have to manually enter these, a simple config message should sort it. Going by posts on here it seems its been issue for some time. Called tech amd after 2 calls and over an hour their advice was "its definitely your phones, you need call samsung". Nice one, not hanging around on here if this is standard of service. Called cancellations to get PACs to move right back out again. Was told need to call back as have to allow 24 hours after porting in. No why you leaving or any further attempt to resolve issue.
Lesson learned. Won't touch Plusnet for any services from now on.
