4g not working on xiaomi mi5s

Hi,

Just wondering if you can help me with this. I am living in London and I have recently got the xiaomi mi5s. I have added the plusnet sim but all i get at the moment is 3g.

Based on willmyphonework.net, I know that I don't have 800mhz line, but I know that I should have Band3-1800MHz, and Band7-2600MHz, assuming it is EE.

Do these bands not operate in London, or is Plusnet not using these? Or what do I need to do to get 4g working?

First off have you tried in only 1 location? If so try somewhere else to rule out the transmitter.

Check the preferred network settings to see what it's trying to connect to as well.

Yes Ihave tried in a few other places around London, although some were central so I didnt quite expect there to be 4g. I have also been to Bexleyheath at one point too, and if I recall, I also did not have 4g there.

Settings are also LTE preferred
