£40 reward card black Friday deal

Can a member of support please address this,I phoned customer services a few weeks ago regarding this and was told the reward card for this gets sent out automatically within 6 weeks of signing up.
I don't understand why you have these offers when you can't even complete such a simple task as to send out things like this!
That's going on 7/8 weeks now since I bought the service and nothing.
Not impressed with the mobile offer at all.

I'm sorry to see you've not received your reward card yet.

I hope you've got this sorted by now but if you haven't, so we can look at raising this to our second line mobile support team to investigate further, could you private message me the following info to pass our data protection checks? 

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code

When private messaging me, please include a link to this thread as our staff private messages go through a centralised system internally so I might not actually personally message you back. Although just a few of us monitor our Community Forums so there’s a good chance I’ll pick it up.

Just to follow up. If you haven't received your reward card already, I'd recommend calling Cardholder Services on 0344 879 1069. If you're still having trouble, let me know.

Day 46 so allowing for posting the card out from today it should arrive with me on Wednesday or Thursday depending on the Royal Mail. 🤞

Thought I would check to see if it was on the way so called the number and pressed 2, then voice said we don't understand and hung up,as usefull as the proverbial chocolate teapot.

With hindsight would have left within the 14 day cooling period.

Will phone again just now.

OK got through eventually phoning 0349 879 1069 and after a question and answer chat I was advised to wait for the card to arrive until January 29th before contacting them again. 👎

That would be in line with the known issue I’ve alluded to Here. We’re in the process of contacting everybody this week who’s overdue a reward card, and you should then receive it by post within 3 to 5 working days.

Hello, I also haven't had my reward card/s.

I received the below email from Plusnet as an existing broadband customer and signed myself up for the £6 a month 7GB unlimited texts and & mins offer. I ordered one for myself and one for my girlfriend. I switched us from Virgin to Plusnet mobile. Both accounts are up and running yet I haven't had any email or reward card.

Do I get a £20 reward card for each sign up? Advert seems to imply that.

Anyway, can someone please reply and tell me how to get the reward cards we were promised?

Will be 49 days this Thursday (20th), for me.

Will be 49 days this Friday (21st) for my girlfriend's.
