I moved to Plusnet in November, had nothing…rang them in December and was told to wait 8 weeks. I rang back and they said no record of it being requested. Really helpful chap spent ages sorting it and said to ring back after 4th Feb just to check it had been requested and was on its way. Told today I don’t qualify for one. Absolutely useless, very frustrating. I’ll be moving provider for mobile and broadband at the earliest opportunity and telling everyone else to avoid Plusnet.
