Hey!

Hi, 

I'm Emily! I've worked for LIFE Mobile for the last 7 months, in Customer Service, Sales, Live Chat and now Social Media! I've loved all the different departments and have learnt a lot of different skills. Now we're a part of plusnet I can only see bigger and better things on the horizon. Smiley

Hi, I actually work on the mobile side of things so I wouldn't be able to help. I can advise contacting the plusnet Customer Service Team on 0800 432 0200 and they should be able to offer you some more insight. Smiley

I wouldn't advise calling in regarding webmail/Plusnet email problems at the moment. We're aware of the problem and unfortunately would not be able to advise anything more than what is currently on our Service Status where we will continue to provide updates when we have more information.
