Can someone please tell me where on the website I can find outage & fault info. Can we still raise a ticket. Thanks

Any info on wide spread outages will be published at status.plus.net and fault tickets can be raised at faults.plus.net

We also post widespread outages and planned maintenance here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Service-Status/bd-p/ServiceStatus

We've taken a look at your account and can see you've reported a line fault, we should be able to update you further on the 1st of March at the latest.
