hi i have no line or broadband. it was on when i went out today then off when i came home an hour later. after a long call to plusnet they finally found it was an external fault with openreach when they were going on to book an engineer. dont know how this didnt show up on all the previous line tests. now saying its going to take at least 2 days to fix. is there anyway i can chase this up as we need the line and broadband. thanks
